Camille Busby-Earle


Camille is a Partner in the Conveyancing and Estate Departments and is responsible for ensuring the speedy winding up of deceased persons’ estates through the probate and administration processes. Camille is experienced in advising in estate planning and her practice is divided between estate planning matters such as drafting wills, powers of attorneys and trust documents.

Camille also handles real estate matters and the preparation of security documents for major financial institutions. She has appeared in chambers at the Supreme Court to deal with custody applications, the division of matrimonial property and many interlocutory applications. Camille also acts for parties in applications for modification of restrictive covenants.

She was admitted to practice as an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica in 1998 and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR).
