Dionne Samuels

Dionne is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and handles numerous cases where she provides comprehensive legal guidance to clients across various industries. Dionne’s expertise lies in commercial law and civil litigation, and she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the challenges that businesses face. Her practice focuses on both commercial law and civil litigation where her services include contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, corporate governance, and general business advice, debt recovery and property law disputes. Dionne previously worked in the firm’s Commercial Department where she worked on complex commercial transactions and provided advice in the areas of public share offerings, shareholder agreements and fair competition law matters.

Prior to her legal career, Dionne gained valuable administrative experience, which has enhanced her ability to effectively manage complex legal projects by streamlining processes, meeting deadlines, and delivering results efficiently. She possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills, and ensures that every aspect of a case is handled with precision and attention to detail.

Dionne is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and was admitted to practice in 2017. She is involved in various professional associations, which allows her to continuously expand her knowledge and stay up to date with the latest legal developments. She is a graduate of Campion College, and has a passion for assisting those around her. She enjoys reading, travelling, and interacting with people, and practices kickboxing in her spare time.
