Dominic J. Blair


Dominic is a member of the Firm’s Conveyancing and Estates Department. He was admitted to practice in December 2022, and his practice includes modification of restrictive covenants, real estate transactions, and estate planning and administration.

Dominic is committed to assisting his clients in realizing their ultimate goals. He has broadened his experience by working on several complex and diverse conveyancing and probate matters, and in his appearance at the Supreme Court for the modification of restrictive covenants. On these matters, he works assiduously to provide quality service and practical solutions, whilst maintaining a dynamic relationship with his clients.

Dominic is a proud alumnus of Munro College and the Saint Elizabeth Technical High School. He is a devout Christian and an ardent member of the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Dominic is involved in the life of his Church serving on the Provincial Constitution and Review Committee, and as Chairman of the Provincial Youth Board. He also was a Youth Member of Parliament from 2018-2019 and has been the recipient of the Governor General’s Achievement Award.
