Kelisha Spencer

Kelisha stepped into the role as an Associate in January 2024 where she serves our Conveyancing and Estate Departments. On the Conveyancing side of things, Kelisha skilfully assists our clients with residential sales and purchases, restrictive covenants modification, lost title applications, land transfers, and first registration applications. On the Estate Planning side of things, she diligently assists our clients to develop a useful estate plan including preparation of Wills and establishing Trusts, while in Estate Administration, she provides value added service to clients by simplifying the estate administration process and making Grant of Probate and Administration applications through our Courts.

Before joining our Firm, Kelisha’s journey was paved with over a decade of service as a Legal Assistant in Conveyancing and Probate. Over the years, she has developed a keen eye for detail to legal issues.

As an avid reader and sports fan, Kelisha’s heart finds solace in the written word where she often immerses herself in a good book or cheering on her favourite track and field athletes. Kelisha’s threads are woven with diligence, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
