Russlyn is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial and Conveyancing Departments. Her expertise allows her to advise companies and other entities on a wide range of commercial transactions, including the preparation and perfection of security documents within the banking and insurance sectors, joint venture transactions, contracts within the tourism and entertainment sectors, and the acquisition and sale of assets.
Her real estate and conveyancing knowledge is also extensive and includes the management of housing projects, land acquisitions, and transactions involving land generally. Russlyn is deeply focused on providing the highest level of service to her clients.
Russlyn is a dual licensed lawyer, admitted to practice in Jamaica and St. Lucia.
