Tavia is a Partner in our Litigation Department where her practice areas include insolvency, commercial litigation, civil litigation, family/matrimonial litigation, trusts and probate litigation, and real estate litigation. Tavia was admitted to practice in 2000, and has appeared at all levels of the Jamaican Judicial System including the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
